DECONSTRUCTION

A deconstruction in progress.

When we deconstruct a building, we take the entire thing down from roof to floorboards using hand tools. We can usually achieve a 70% reuse / recycle rate per house, but often this rate is higher. We offer this service for a charge.

The reason we do this is to keep reusable materials, such as wood, stone, or antique building elements, out of the waste stream and to help lower the need for the production and manufacture of new materials.

All of the items come back to our warehouse.
